In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials, setting up workstations, and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate introductions to team members and provide new hires with all necessary information regarding company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the coordination and processing of visas and work permits for employees.
  • GOSI. Follow up on work injury registrations and ensure that employee records align with thesis active list.
  • Manage the Qiwa platform for all services of the Saudi labor system, organizing and following up all transactions.
  • Managing the Relationship with Third Parties and Contingent Workers.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities to ensure timely completion of visa and work permit applications.
  • Keep track of expiration dates and ensure renewals are processed in advance on Muqeem Platform.
  • Draft and issue various employee letters, including employment verification, salary letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality is always upheld.
  • Manage the addition, deletion, and updates of GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) for employees. Explain employee inquiries and complaints

The essential requirements of the job include:


  • Bachelors degree from a reputable university
  • Min 5 years experience in onboarding, HR operations, and government compliance in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in GOSI, Qiwa, and Muqeem platforms, with strong knowledge of labor laws.
