We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Capital Transformation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic and policy development for human resources, focusing on designing and implementing human capital models, recruitment, training, and development strategies. With a background in management consulting, this role requires a forward-thinking leader with expertise in human capital transformation, organizational development, and governance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Model Development: Lead the design and development of human capital models and frameworks aligned with the organization’s overall strategic objectives.
  • Policy Development: Create, implement, and manage HR policies related to talent acquisition, training, career development, and retention strategies to support organizational growth.
  • Transformation Leadership: Drive the transformation of human capital practices within the organization, ensuring integration with business transformation strategies.
  • Talent Management Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute talent management initiatives that support workforce planning, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Organizational Governance: Oversee the development and improvement of governance structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Process Re-engineering: Lead the re-engineering of HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness in HR service delivery.
  • Change Management: Design and implement change management strategies to support HR transformation, ensuring clear communication and smooth transitions across the organization.
  • Consulting Expertise: Leverage management consulting experience to provide strategic advice and solutions to address complex HR challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders across departments to align human capital strategies with organizational objectives and ensure seamless integration across all business units.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in Management Consulting with a strong focus on human capital transformation, organizational development, and change management.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies, models, and policies, particularly in recruitment, training, and development.
  • Strong understanding of organizational governance, process re-engineering, and HR systems improvement.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive complex transformation initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex human capital challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
