Job Description

Functional Responsibilities:


  • Analyzing HC systems performance and esclating/resolving any issues in collabration with IT 
  • Monitoring and managing automated processes, identifying HR concerns, and reports any issues, risks or deficiencies 
  • Involvement in application upgrades implemented by IT by performing user testing 
  • Provides technical support in HCIS relevant matters such as provide accesss, revoke access requests and resloves any user access raised issues
  • Analyze and understand business requests and collabrate with IT to create BRD for business requests
  • Develop and implement process automation based on business requests  
  • Optimize HRIS processes as needed and perform diagnostic process tests
  • Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HC data
  • Manages business bulk data upload requests by analyzing request, validating data and provide feedback to requester
  • Provide training/awareness sessions or meetings to end-user when needed 
  • Support in development for HCIS user pr documentation, training documents on new processes and functionality or features

General Responsibilities:


  • Participates in the implementation of the department's strategy, objectives, and KPI’S.
  • Adhere to approved department’s policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Contributes in the department's annual planning.
  • Development of department periodic reports
