Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for HSE Supervisor II to work on our Fadhili Project to Improve the on-site safety management and guarantee the safety of the SE&A employees by adopting corporate safety policies through safety management activities and maintenance of the ISO certification.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the HSE program on the site.
  • Develop and manage safety plans for confined space entry operations.
  • Conduct hazard assessments and manage work permitting processes for confined space entry.
  • Monitor compliance with safety procedures and regulations in confined spaces.
  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct HSE risk assessments, inspections, and audits.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Advise on HSE-related matters.
  • Administer company policies and procedures concerning HSE matters.
  • Assure compliance with organization and government HSE standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractor safety and site workers.
  • Manage the HSE budget.
  • Maintain HSE records and reports.

Skills

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or with OSHA Level II Certification by MHRSD.
  • 4+ years of experience in HSE field.
  • Significant knowledge of project specifications and standards, and medium to large-sized project experience.
  • Experience in oil / gas / petrochemical or power plants as a supervisor.
  • Engineering & Construction Company working experience.
  • Competent knowledge in HSE.
  • Knowledge in performing ERT Member for incident/accident situation, chemical spill, fire, working at height, Confined Space vessel horizontal & vertical search and rescue.
  • Knowledge in PSSR Pre start up safety review assessment, plant operation and shutdown as well.
  • Knowledgeable in documentation and presentation.
  • Good management and leadership skills with responsible attitude.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Power Point Presentation applications.


Job Competencies:

  • Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
  • Understanding of HSE risk assessments and hazard identification.
  • Ability to develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with HSE-related software and tools.
  • Ability to conduct HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Knowledge of HSE-related budget management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
