POSITION SUMMARY

On this role, you'll have direct responsibility / accountability for the People Agenda within the category/function, in alignment with cluster HR Head. Act as People Co Pilot for the functions/category lead, in charge for specific population. Drives the cluster people agenda in collaboration with the Center relevant HRBPs.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …



1- Execute Cluster People Plan: Responsible for shaping and executing HR Plan in the function/category to support the cluster business plan of the business plan. Understand and deliver people data and analytics to support the execution of all people processes and KPIs for the category/function. Drive the organizational short and long term business needs to achieve competitive advantage and create opportunities and mitigate threats.
Drive flawless execution of Global, NiM and local HR Initiatives. Provide timely recommendations to Cluster HR Head on people agenda.
2-Organisational Design & Structure: Pro-actively challenge the established organizational structure of the category/function to drive superior performance. Manage effective organizational transformation and relevant projects using best practices/methodologies. Drive category/function OPP/Structural Cost according to local needs to feed into Function/Category OPP.
3- Drive High Performance Culture: through building the capability and empowering Line Managers in delivery of key people practices of performance, talent, and succession planning/management to ensure attracting, developing, and retaining key talents necessary for current and future business needs.
4- Act as a change agent/catalyst to lead an inclusive culture within the category/function population that maintains effective and positive working environment aiming to enabling business delivery and employee engagement.
5- Manage Employee Relations within category/function in the cluster to give input to difficult individual employee conflicts, and employee relations issues. Responsible for compliance (legal & regulatory) in HR policies and practices.
6- HR Deliverables: Accountable for delivering the core people KPIs within the category/function including Nationalization, D&I, and Youth KPIs through collaboration and leveraging COCs and HRs teams.
7- Connect externally as the business/function HR ambassador to gain insights, knowledge, and shape the Cluster HR people plan.

Exposure to CoC/CoS processes, e.g. Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment/Resourcing. Leading and managing change through the effective use of organization design, development and business transformation techniques.
Experience of working in Industrial and employee/labor relations. Success leading, coaching and developing people in a high performing team environment e.g. performance management etc Effective influencing and coaching of leaders. Leading people and projects experience. Successful experience in contributing to the creation, implementation & execution of people strategies for a business, function or unit. Worked within a Matrix environment; achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating Range of experiences supporting different parts of the business in order to develop broad business acumen.
