Could you be the full-time HR Trainee in Saudi Arabia we’re looking for?


Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive Material Planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll be work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.


You'll be in charge of the team of Material planning officers and/or Supplier Delivery performance management , taking care of the definition and control of adequate inventory level of sourced materials, Purchase orders processing and managing Suppliers' deliveries and risks, according to Production / Operations / Installation requirements.. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain, Engineering , Production, Quality, Procurement ), manage and optimize stocks by maintaingn and monitorig the ERP system and keep it updated , and much more.


We’ll look to you for:


  • support with emplyee files and prepare letters, contracts, offer letter, etc.
  • Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details.
  • Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
  • support talent acqusion, screen resumes, Schedule and interviews candidates
  • Support in HR-related reports and datas  as needed.
  • Address employee queries and advise them on different HR topics.
  • Support in audit requiremnt.
