HR System Administration

Eram Talent is looking for an HR System Administrator to join our Client. . The HR System Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR software systems to ensure streamlined HR processes and data integrity.

• Administer, configure, and maintain HR information systems and related applications.
• Ensure data integrity and security across HR systems by conducting regular audits and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements that support HR operations.
• Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HR systems functionality and processes.
• Generate and analyze HR-related reports and data analytics to support decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
• Assist in system upgrades, testing new functionalities, and implementation of new HR tools.
