- Oversee HR operations, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, and manage governmental portals such as Qiwa, Mudd, Muqeem, and GOSI.
- Lead talent acquisition and head-hunting efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and participating in hiring decisions.
- Manage government relations by ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining positive relationships with relevant authorities.
- Develop and implement employee loyalty and retention strategies, including engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
