Job Description
The HR Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing the human resources functions within the organization. This position focuses on talent acquisition, compliance with labor laws, HR operations, payroll and benefits administration, vendor management, office management, and employee relations. The HR Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and support the overall HR strategy to foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in recruiting and onboarding tech and manpower professionals, maintaining a talent pipeline.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and manage visa applications and workforce documentation.
- HR Operations: Utilize HR software for recruitment and employee management, supporting process automation.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist in payroll processing and manage employee benefits and leave policies.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with HR service providers and recruitment agencies.
- Office Management: Oversee office operations and coordinate administrative support.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and support performance management initiatives.
