Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional HR Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources functions and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews
- Administer employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-setting
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and assist in conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational development needs
- Assist in HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
