Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional HR Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources functions and contributing to a positive work environment.


  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Administer employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-setting
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and assist in conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational development needs
  • Assist in HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, and performance management
  • Experience in compensation and benefits administration
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
