Job Description
The HR Specialist is responsible for handling various HR functions, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, and supporting the organization in fostering a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: - Coordinate and execute recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Manage onboarding processes to integrate new hires effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and targets.
Employee Relations: - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure a harmonious workplace by resolving conflicts and promoting open communication.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and recommend improvements.
Compensation and Benefits: - Administer payroll, allowances, and benefits in compliance with Saudi labor law.
- Assist with end-of-service benefits calculations and ensure accuracy.
- Oversee employee insurance programs, including medical and social insurance (GOSI).
HR Compliance and Documentation: - Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and regulations (e.g., WPS, GOSI, and Qiwa requirements).
- Prepare and submit reports to government authorities when required.
Performance Management: - Support performance appraisal processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to set KPIs and objectives for employees.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
HR Projects and Strategy: - Support the implementation of HR initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Participate in the development and revision of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in Saudization strategies and initiatives to enhance local workforce participation.
