Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist
responsible for monitoring all Human Resource functions. They prepare compensation and benefits packages, set up company policies, maintain updated employee records and ensure a healthy workplace by providing HR procedures.
HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labour legislation.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
- A Minimum
3-5 years of Experience in H.R / any industries Gulf Exp will add value
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Age Between 21 – 37 years
- Basic English compulsory
- ARAB NATIONAL
