1.Organize employee activities, external collaboration, and project promotions.
2.Manage employee records, handle recruitment, onboarding, contracts, offboarding, and other HR tasks.
3.Assist in formulating and updating the company's human resources management system to ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company strategy.
4.Assist in handling company visas, labor approvals, and related matters to ensure legal compliance for employees.
5.Maintain contact with local labor departments, social security agencies, and other government entities to ensure the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
6.Perform other tasks assigned by senior leadership.
1.Saudi national with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field.
2.At least three years of experience in human resource management, with strong writing and translation skills.
3.Familiar with Saudi labor laws and government procedures.
4.Proficiency in Arabic and English (speaking, listening, reading, writing); Chinese proficiency is a plus.
5.Detail-oriented, responsible, with a strong sense of teamwork and the ability to communicate effectively with employees from diverse cultural backgrounds.
