Responsibilities
• Handling the full recruitment process for KSA Office.
• Responsible for Onboarding and offboarding formalities.
• Handling the performance management process for KSA team
• Handling training for the KSA team.
• Implementation of services and policies.
• Assist in employee relations.
• Maintaining Staff Attendance records including digital records.
• Office activities and management.
• Interviewing candidates and assessing them.
• Employee training needs assessment.
• Handling contracts and offers and employee letters.
• Managing the HR audit requirements and enhancements
• Business plan development for the HR function
• Employee well-being programs management
Work experience:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR position with a financial institution
