Role Purpose
The HR Policy Design Senior Manager is tasked with developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies that align with NEOM's strategic goals and comply with legal standards. This role requires collaboration across departments to ensure policies are effective, relevant, and cultivate a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the Senior manager will continuously assess and refine HR policies to adapt to the organization's changing needs and its workforce.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
People Management
- Foster a culture of development and performance within the HR Policy Design function.
- Oversee performance management processes, including setting objectives and appraising staff performance.
- Promote a high-performance culture that aligns with NEOM’s values.
- Develop and implement capacity-building programs for the team.
Background, Skills & Qualifications
Professional Knowledge
- At least 10 years in HR Policy Design or a similar role, preferably in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Communication
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of collaborating with senior leaders to drive improvements and positively impact organizational culture.
- Commitment to confidentiality and privacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Professional HR membership or accreditation.
