Location: Riyadh, KSA.Years of Experience: 10+ years.Project Duration: 1 year.Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).The HR Operations Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role involves managing employee life cycles, from onboarding to performance evaluations, and supporting business leaders with insights and recommendations to drive employee engagement and development. Additionally, the manager will ensure compliance with regulatory changes, maintain accurate employee records, and develop workforce strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives.Key Responsibilities:Employee Evaluation and Onboarding:Monitor the probationary period of new employees and provide performance feedback.Conduct onboarding interviews and prepare reports with recommendations.Leadership Support:Provide guidance and development support to business leaders in managing their teams.Ensure alignment between employee development plans and business objectives.Employee Relations and Engagement:Manage employee relations to foster a positive work environment.Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.Compliance and Policy Implementation:Monitor labor law changes and update HR policies to ensure compliance.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation processes.HR Strategy and Workforce Planning:Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute workforce strategies.Analyze staffing needs and propose headcount and budget plans accordingly.Reporting and Data Analysis:Prepare and analyze HR reports, identifying trends to optimize workforce performance.Provide insights to support decision-making related to employee retention and turnover.Performance Management:Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting employee appraisals.Design processes to improve individual and team performance.Operational Excellence:Ensure smooth execution of daily HR operations and address employee issues promptly.Develop HR process workflows to enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications & Experience:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR operations or related fields.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Skills:Excellent communication and leadership skills.Proficiency in HR software and systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Certifications (Preferred):HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
