Job Description

  • Modifying HR laws and regulations to enhance the work culture of the company.
  • Assist the senior management in creating smart development modules as per departmental requirements.
  • Preparing, recording and monitoring the details of all employees for management purposes and payroll calculations.
  • Contribute to the advancement of the company by managing efficient recruitment drives.
  • Choosing relevant training modules according to the requirement of the workforce and market.
  • Assess revenue growth, client retention, employee feedback to implement relevant HR initiatives.

Skills

  • Adept in time management, communication, and analytics to improve efficiency of HR processes.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Excellent ‘soft’ skills (people management and relationship building).
  • Proficient in handling delicate workforce issues and conflicts with a preferred experience in the same.
  • Ability to communicate freely with team members and understand the concerns from a neutral outlook.

In alignment with the keen interest of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' government in food security and in accordance with the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030, the company established an animal feed factory at King Fahd Industrial Port in Yanbu with a production capacity of up to 1.5 million tons of feed annually. The aim is to focus on providing high-quality products for all types of feeds (cattle, poultry, pigeons, calves, horses, and others) through our specialized laboratories equipped with the latest quality analysis technologies, in addition to logistical services.
