Handle the payroll cycle to deliver payroll on time.
Handle all operation services like attendance, medical insurance, overtime, investigation, business trip and end of service to make services are met on time.
Oversee admin related requests like:
- Salary letters
- Identification letters
- Disciplinary actions letters
- Attendance letters
- Memo to file
Oversee employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
Handle master data maintaining in HR system
Manage employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation and GOSI to meet government requirements.
Improve and automate human resource services to enhance workflow.
