Position: HR Officer - Tamheer
Position Overview:
Hill International is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Officer trainees to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks related to government relations, employee relations, and other HR functions. This position is specifically for Saudi graduates as part of our Tamheer program, which aims to provide career opportunities for young Saudi professionals.
General Description of Role and Responsibilities that you will learn:
- Provide accurate and timely HR administration support (full cycle) to the Saudi Arabia Operational teams.
- You will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
- Administer HR-related documentation.
- Collect the new hire paperwork.
- Conduct New Hire orientations.
- Manage the probationary review process.
- Manage and solve daily queries.
- Prepare the monthly payroll changes and submit to accounting.
- Ensure all communication regarding employment is uploaded and saved within the HRIS system.
- Participate in special HR projects.
- If requested, manage the employee's timesheet submission process.
- Perform other daily items as required.
Qualification, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field
- Eligible for Tamheer program
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Fluent in Arabic and English
