Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a hospital in Riyadh, KSA. Our client is looking to hire an experienced HR Officer, who is responsible for supporting the Human Resources Manager in ensuring the efficient functioning of the HR department across various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job applications, schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates, and participate in conducting interviews as required.
- Send Employment Offer Letters to selected candidates and follow up regarding acceptance, rejection, and tentative joining dates.
- Maintain an up-to-date staff database.
- Inform the relevant Head of Department and Senior Management about new recruits’ joining dates.
- Prepare welcome kits and provide orientation to new staff, introducing them to Senior Management and Heads of Departments.
- Assist new staff with salary advances, reimbursements, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
- Manage time and attendance records and leave requests, providing relevant data to the finance department for payroll calculations.
- Coordinate the printing and distribution of staff licenses and IDs.
- Facilitate periodic performance evaluations by distributing evaluation forms to Heads of Departments.
- Maintain staff files and ensure the safekeeping of passports and licenses.
- Track visa expirations and coordinate with travel agencies for staff travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with Public Relations Officers to process licenses, employment visas, and labor card applications.
- Prepare monthly manpower reports and overtime indicators.
- Assist in payroll computation and maintain records of staff overtime.
- Draft and issue various letters for staff requirements (e.g., bank account opening, salary transfer, employment certificates).
- Support staff exiting the organization with formalities, including entitlement calculations and No Dues Certificates.
- Keep the HR Manager updated on all HR-related matters.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Officer in the healthcare industry.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Thoroughly understands the licensing processes in KSA.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Effective Medical Secretary with independent decision making skills.
