Job Responsibilities:



Administer recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws. Assist in employee engagement and retention activities. Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination. Implement training and development programs. Support HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

🔹 Requirements:



Saudi National – As per Saudization policy. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in construction or contracting industries. Proficiency in Arabic & English communication. Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office tools. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
