TheHR Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing key functions, including workforce planning, recruitment and selection, onboarding, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, health and safety, strategic planning, and record-keeping. The role also encompasses payroll administration and the management of all types of insurance.
Key Accountabilities- Oversee the entire staffing process, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance across all HR functions, including job descriptions, policies, and procedures.
- Manage payroll processing, performance appraisals, and salary reviews to drive high performance.
- Administer employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace welfare, health, and safety programs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, including training programs and performance management tools (e.g., KPIs).
- Maintain HR systems, records, and processes while fostering a positive work environment.
- Support leadership in achieving strategic HR objectives and represent the organization when necessary.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in an organization with a large workforce.
- Proven experience with key Saudi government-related HR platforms, such as GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and Tawteen.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least5 years in a senior management role.
- A proven track record in managing HR functions in the Facility Management industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
