Job Context: Working as an HR Manageryou will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that our HR initiatives are innovative, efficient, and effective.
Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves:
- attracting top talent and coordinating with recruiting firms to fill positions effectively.
- Managing payroll processing and resolve compensation issues using HR software.
- Conducting regular employee reviews, connecting performance to rewards and contract renewals.
- Designing compensation frameworks that align with organizational goals and market standards.
- Creating and updating internal regulations to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Supervising, monitoring, and mentoring HR staff, delegating tasks to ensure departmental effectiveness.
- Addressing and resolving workplace disputes and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Handling the creation and renewal of employment contracts, ensuring compliance with laws.
- Accurately defining job roles for all positions to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensuring compliance with local employment regulations concerning workforce composition.
- Managing interactions with government platforms relevant to employment and corporate compliance.
- Planning and managing employee leave schedules to maintain operational efficiency.
- Fostering an environment that encourages employee growth and performance enhancement.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or professional certificate is preferred,
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role within a multi-disciplinary HR department.
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic to handle diverse organizational needs
- Advanced skills in HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR departments and staff.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, coupled with robust communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, particularly regarding labor disputes and contract management.
- Ability to align HR management strategies with overall business objectives.
