Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR policies and strategies.Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs.Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company regulations.Oversee performance appraisals and staff development plans.Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).Minimum 8-10 years of HR management experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Must hold a transferable Iqama and be ready to join immediately.
