Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.
  • Conduct interviews, selection processes, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and manage recruitment budgets.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement performance evaluation systems and ensure timely reviews.
  • Develop strategies for performance improvement and career development.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues.
  • Training and Development:
  • Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions and workshops.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary surveys and research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and manage vendor relationships.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Strategic HR Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
