Job Description
Objective:
Looking for an experienced HR Manager who will be working closely with the management and employees on the front line.
Roles & Responsibility:
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with KSA labor laws and HR best practices.
• Be the go-to person for everything HR.
• Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
• Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
• Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
• Partner with the leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
• Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the company on HR issues.
• Collaborate with the departments to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
• Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.
• Implementing creative and effective recruiting methods and strategies for various roles.
• Deliver HR services to employees and manage HR operations in accordance with company's policies and procedures.
RequirementsRequirement:
• Proven experience as an HR professional (5–8 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of KSA labor laws and HR policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for people.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or in related field.
• Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas, especially organization development, change management, and employee relations.
• A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company.
