Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions in a construction precast company based in the Eastern Province. This role will be responsible for managing HR activities such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Manager will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the company's workforce is aligned with business goals and complies with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the construction precast division.
- Develop job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain an effective talent pool to ensure a continuous supply of qualified candidates for ongoing and future projects.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring open communication channels.
- Implement and maintain company policies, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and industry best practices.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives to maintain high morale and productivity.
Performance Management:
- Develop and execute performance appraisal systems to ensure employees are meeting job expectations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing constructive feedback.
- Create development plans for employees, identifying opportunities for career growth and skill enhancement.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs within the organization and design training programs to upskill the workforce.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry-specific training requirements.
- Promote continuous learning and development to improve employee skills and capabilities, especially within the context of the construction precast industry.
Compliance & Legal:
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, documentation, and contracts.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including insurance, pensions, and other company-provided benefits.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage the compensation structure, ensuring competitive and fair pay based on market benchmarks.
- Administer benefits programs and coordinate with finance for payroll management.
- Review and recommend adjustments to compensation packages to align with business requirements and employee satisfaction.
HR Strategy & Workforce Planning:
- Work with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Develop workforce planning strategies to meet the demands of ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Analyze workforce trends and make recommendations for improving recruitment and retention efforts.
