HR Manager (Male/ Female)
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Participate with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Maintains compliance with governmental, and labor laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Create, develop, implement, and maintain HR policies procedures, job description, and HR reports.
- Evaluate performance by providing KPIs, and balance score cards reports.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help employees to understand job responsibilities.
- Create and review the compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills
Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of 10 years of human resource management experience.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with ERPs, Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
