Manage the HR department's budget, establish departmental targets, and monitor key HR metrics to track performance.
Implement cost-effective HR practices and ensure efficient resource allocation across various sectors.
Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent aligned with each sector’s strategic objectives.
Identify HR risks and challenges proactively and provide solutions to mitigate them.

We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience across diverse industries.
Strong expertise in HR management, including talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance.
Proven experience in aligning HR functions with the strategic goals of complex, multi-sector organizations.
Solid background in HR financial management—budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Demonstrated ability in HR strategy development, workforce planning, and organizational design.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; capable of building strong relationships across all levels and sectors.
