Role Purpose


Lead NEOM's HR digital strategies and initiatives, transforming HR operations and practices with effective digitalization across all departments.


Utilize technology to drive transformation, enhancing business processes, customer experiences, and supporting business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to create, implement, and execute an extensive digital strategy that boosts employee skills, meets the organization's strategic objectives, and secures a competitive advantage. Achieve greater efficiency by automating routine HR tasks and developing a comprehensive HR digitalization strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate digital initiatives with business strategies, overseeing the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR technologies and other digital tools, and measuring the seamless integration of digital solutions with existing HR processes and systems



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES



Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with NEOM's overarching goals and practices. Work collaboratively to create a digital roadmap and key strategic enablers, design workflows and business processes that enable the rapid rollout of new, efficient operational methods, while ensuring that existing legacy processes and operations continue to function at optimal levels.


Innovation


Identify and implement innovative digital solutions to improve efficiency, competitiveness and customer satisfaction. Facilitate the formation of specialist expertise and insights, to ensure that the digital strategy meets business needs


Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR functions. Implement digital solutions to streamline HR processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual workloads.


Digital Culture Creation


Lead and advocate for HR digital transformation, emphasizing the importance of culture in driving digital strategy and execution. Lead the development of maturity assessments, road maps, and strategy documents as part of the overall


future-state vision. Leverage data analytics to provide insights and support data- driven decision-making in HR. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of digital initiatives


Employee Experience


Ensure a seamless and engaging digital experience for employee across all digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps and online platforms.


Collaborate with Communications to run employee education campaigns


Leadership and Direction


Communicate the actions needed to implement digital strategy and business plan within the team; manage the  relationship to the broader organization's


mission, vision, and values; motivate people to commit to these and to do extraordinary things to achieve local business goals.


Budgeting and BusinessPlanning


Contribute to the development of annual business plans; input to the development of business cases for key digital activities / projects and
