The HR Coordinator has an important role in HR function due to the responsibilities in each phase of the employee lifecycle. We are inviting applications from candidates who have experience working in the Human Resources department as HR Coordinator or a similar job, preferably in a customer-focused and technical services industry. The candidate must be a young Saudi professional with a minimum experience of 2 years in the same organization. In this position, the person will report to the HR Supervisor. This job demands a blend of Human Resources knowledge, technology fluency, and employee service orientation to maintain high standards of HR services delivery and satisfy the internal customers.Main responsibilities for this job are as below:Manage the recruitment process from the requisition till onboardingPerform employee check-ins during the probationary period for new employeesSupport HR Generalist in the performance management process by preparing necessary document templates and reviewing the goals as well as reviewsScreen resumes and job applications in line with established criteria and leveraging the features of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Record and respond to employee requests via HR Helpdesk in line with exisiting policiesAdvise Government Relations and maintain Exit re-entry, vacation pay in advance and flight ticket as necessaryGuide the employee through the offboarding process and advise other concerned departmentsActively participate in designing and conducting employee engagement activitiesWork with data from ATS, HRMS, Recruitment Tracker, and HR Master workbook to generate KPI workbooks and insights to aid HR Manager in decision-makingFiling all papers in the concerned files related to each taskManage all tasks in department Microsoft Planner and through corresponding group in Microsoft Teams To carry out any other HR tasks as may reasonably be requested by the HR Manager, which may include supporting other departments involved in HR processes namely, Government Relations and Administration as temporary assignments.We are looking for a candidate who:Is a young Saudi national with at least a Diploma in Human ResourcesHaving a prior experience of at least 2 years in Human Resources with Knowledge of HR practices and experience with real-world HR processesMust be comfortable working in a teamPossess strong oral and written communication skillsRead and understand self-support documentationCan work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesIs willing to use personal cellphone to connect with internal and external stakeholdersIs highly proficient with Office 365 Suite namely, Word, Excel, and OutlookHas prior experience using Oracle HCM as key HR User, and manage recruitment process with an Applicant Tracking System in the role of recruiterMust be able to analyze HR data across touchpointsSkilled in building professional relationships with key internal stakeholders (like Division Heads, Department Managers) and external stakeholders (like MHRSD, Taqat, visa processing agents, contract manpower companies)N.B. – We thank the talented individuals responding to our job posts.
