Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Candidate Engagement:
*Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
*Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
*Coordinate new hire orientation and training programs to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
*Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
*Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
*Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Personnel & Payroll:
*Assist with personnel administration, including maintaining employee records and handling HR documentation.
*Support payroll processing activities by providing necessary information and ensuring accuracy.
Data Management & Reporting:
*Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to support decision-making and improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
*Good knowledge of labor law roles.
*+3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
*Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Manage Odoo System
*Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
