Job description:
To lead and oversee various projects providing valuable advice on human capital, management, and placement. The role will guide a variety of companies in different fields. They may develop different models in advisory and consultancy fields including achieving the governance and compliance of the projects
- Initiated and led human capital, management, and placement projects and programs.
- Ensure the best understanding of the client's needs and project scope.
- Provide advice and recommendations to the clients to improve the practices and resolve the issues.
- Recommend solutions, advice, and recommendations to the advisory team.
- Formulate strategic and practical plans to address the project matters.
- Create and establish project documents.
- Communicate with the client regarding requirements and needs
- Plan projects’ phases and activates and work breakdown structure (WBS)
- Develop strategies and client-specific models.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of all project phases.
- Ensure that the operations and activities of the projects are efficient and in the best interest of the client’s goals.
- Identify and ensure project scope in placement projects as needed such as timeline, positions, requirements, and number of vacancies then set the appropriate plan.
- Responsible for delivering all deliverables to the stakeholders.
- Review minutes of meetings and send them to the backend consultant.
- Attend meetings with the client to ensure the achievement of milestones.
- Ensure that all amendments to that request from the client are finished.
- Build and boost relationships with Clients.
- Monitor the project or program team in the right direction according to the project scope.
- Assist in training and management of advisory and project teams.
- Review all project deliverables and give feedback to achieve development and standardization.
- Implement activities if needed, such as activities related to the company CEO.
- Assist in training and onboarding of new employees.
- Design the framework and model for each phase.
- Led and Support team members during the project’s phases.
- Design a risk assessment form and follow the improvement areas.
- Train employees and provide the necessary support to obtain the highest quality standards.
- Communicate deliverables with the quality department and portfolio manager for review and get approvals through e-mails.
- Review project outcomes and evaluate the deliverables before submitting the date as the second stage of quality check before sending it to the portfolio manager and quality department
- Present approved deliverables to the clients
- Communicate weekly reports with the quality department to get approvals.
- Train, coach and evaluate front-end team.
- Track backend team member's discipline through their commitment and attendance
