Job Description

Organizational Design

  • Analyze the client's organizational structure, identify areas for improvement, and design the organizational structure for the client.
  • Conduct the benchmark process with other similar organizations to obtain best practices and propose the most effective design to enhance the organizational structure's effectiveness.
  • Develop the Manpower Plan for our clients based on the identified methodology .
  • Design and develop HR policies and procedures for clients related to recruitment, training, performance management, rewards and benefits, career development, change management, succession planning, staff retention, talent management, etc., to ensure that the frameworks' design is aligned with labor law in KSA.
  • Develop and update the HR strategy in alignment with the client’s overall strategy to achieve HR’s short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.
  • Develop job responsibilities and accountabilities and ensure they are properly cascaded from the highest to the lowest levels within an organization.


Job Evaluation & Total Rewards

  • Conduct job evaluations for unique jobs.
  • Design the compensation and benefits scale (wages, housing, pension, etc.) and non-monetary retention strategy (benefits, leaves, recognition, tuition assistance, etc.)


Talent Development

  • Develop a career path for each position, identify key requirements for career moves and consolidate career path into a comprehensive career management model, and develop organizational career paths.
  • Design succession planning frameworks to ensure business continuity by filling critical positions.
  • Design the performance management system and process for clients and ensure that the process is fair, transparent and promotes a culture of high performance.
  • Build training and development framework for clients and design training plans for employees in line with best practices.
  • Keep abreast of new training trends, tools and technologies and evaluate the existing training programs, and make recommendations for change based on market changes.
  • Define a proper unified framework for technical and behavioral competencies.
