A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting an HR Business Partner for their team in Jeddah.The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:Responsible for delivering, and partnering with the assigned function, to achieve the current and future business strategy from an HR perspective, including ensuring the adherence to global standards, and local regulations.Identifying talents across the businesses and steering their development, in support of leaders. Implementing and maintaining effective HR strategies & practices in the areas of performance & talent management, training, Organizational Development, leadership development, and recruitmentResponsible for communication and application of new HR projects/initiatives to employees and managers.Oversee employee relations matters by developing and implementing programs to enhance satisfaction, retention, and productivity.Implementing standards, defining guidelines for human resources operations, and providing effective support to all departments/functions in the region.
