Job Description

The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as a change agent and a strategic partner to ensure that the organization meets its goals. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the business's overall direction while fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  3. Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  4. Implement and manage employee development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  5. Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
  6. Facilitate conflict resolution and employee relations issues to maintain a positive work environment.
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks for the organization.
  8. Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement.
  9. Support organizational change initiatives and cultural transformation efforts.
  10. Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics to enhance managerial capabilities.
