Tamheer the on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates under the umbrella of HRDF with a duration from 3-6 months.


Eligibility criteria for Tamheer program:


  • Saudi national.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Not active in GOSI for last six months.
  • Not currently employed.
  • Not previously participated in Tamheer program

Job Description
  • Supporting daily administrative and HR duties.
  • Assisting HR manager with data entryrecord maintenance, payroll processing and provide clerical support to HR team.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Coordinate orientation of newly hired employees, handle new hire paperwork, and assist with workstation setup.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Support benefits enrollment, and address benefits-related inquiries.
  • Prepare HR documents, and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Handle inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Stay updated on labor laws, and ensure HR processes align with regulations.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, HR or admin experience, familiarity with HR software.

Qualifications

Fresh Graduate with a bachelor's degree in any of the following:

  • English Language
