JASARA PMC is seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team and support our HR operations. In this role, you will play a key part in various HR functions, ensuring the department runs efficiently and effectively. You will assist with recruitment efforts, manage employee records, and contribute to a positive workplace culture through various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Onboard new employees by preparing orientation materials and conducting introductory sessions.
- Maintain employee records and assist with payroll-related tasks.
- Handle inquiries and provide support regarding HR policies and employee benefits.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and company events.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Support the HR team with special projects and initiatives as necessary.
