JASARA PMC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. As an HR Assistant, you will provide essential support to the HR department in various administrative tasks, helping to facilitate smooth HR operations. Your role will involve assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support the organization of company events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
