Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing the company's human resources manual and policies and procedures for their implementation.
  • Assisting senior management in formulating objectives, drawing up the strategic plan and general policies, and participating in decisions that concern the group.
  • Planning and preparing policies for attracting and managing human resources in the Group.
  • Supervising the management of workers' files regarding recruitment, training, insurance, monitoring of working hours and departures,balance of leaves, termination of services and compensation.
  • Working on setting, amending and developing the internal system of the company in cooperation and coordination with the rest of the departments.
  • Applying the instructions and procedures approved and issued by the company, the by-laws, and the regulations and laws related to work.
  • Supervise the preparation and follow-up of employment advertisements and supervise the preparation of files and job applications for the competent committees attached to the employment instructions and procedures approved by the company.
  • Develop a plan for the company's manpower needs Including the Saudization plan.
  • Manage the process of developing the career ladder of the group in the interests of companies.
  • Managing the company's compensation policy.
  • Participate in and coordinate interview work in cooperation with the rest of the company's departments and senior management.
  • Carrying out studies in the field of salaries, procedures and evaluation results for the performance of employees and making
    recommendations.
  • Supervising the preparation of the monthly payroll for all employees in the company and sending it to the accounting department to be sent to the bank.
  • Supervising the training of workers or recommending their assignment for training courses.
  • Coordinating with all departments in the company in all issues related to employees.
  • Documenting all legal documents, regulations, instructions and decisions issued by the official authorities in the country and
  • the amendments issued by them to labor and social insurance laws.
  • Supervising the preparation, updating and development of job descriptions for all positions in the company in cooperation with other departments.
  • Supervising the preparation of training and development programs for employees at the company level in coordination with
  • department managers, setting an implementation plan for it and monitoring its implementation and follow-up.
  • Taking care of all disputes that arise between the company and its employees and finding solutions to them and keeping all
    information.
  • Overseeing the behavioral situation of the employees, including the workers' respect for all laws, company policies, and
    administrative instructions issued.
  • Explanation of the policies and procedures related to the employment of workers, and administrative services to the directors
    of departments and divisions, and then the workers, and supervising their proper implementation.
  • Submit periodic reports (weekly - monthly) to the GM. & CEO.
  • Manage the company's policy process to develop plans to reduce turnover and increase employee loyalty to the company.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar) may be preferred but are not always required.

Work Experience:


  • 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in HR administration, employee relations, payroll, recruitment, and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other HR software.

Skills and Competencies:


  • Leadership and Management: Strong managerial skills to supervise HR staff and handle HR projects.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations: Deep understanding of labour laws, employment standards, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills:Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution: Ability to manage employee issues and disputes professionally.
  • Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach: Proficient in using HR metrics, analytics, and data to inform decisions.
  • Technological proficiency: Proficiency with office tools (e.g., MS Office Suite) and HR software systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR, etc.).
