The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

The Role of Housekeeping Manager :
We currently have an opportunity for a Housekeeping Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!
Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping , you will support the Director of Housekeeping in leading the overall operations of the housekeeping and laundry department; assuring that our guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas meet the highest sta ndards of cleanliness .
Res ponsibilities will include ensuring that Four Seasons sta ndards are met through team management , training and development, ensuring that costs are controlled without compromising quality and that we are delivering the highest of sta ndards consistently, leading guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism and accommodating special requests wherever possible, budgeting and assuring the financial goals of the department are met, and e sta blishing and maintaining cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to ensure appearance and life of all furniture, fixtu res and equipment.
Our Ideal Housekeeping Manager candidate will have:
Experience in a diversity of operational rooms division management positions, be a pas sionate and motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong business acumen, a pas sion for service, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that cre ates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential .
