Job Objective:**

Manage and organize all housekeeping activities in the hotel to ensure high quality guest service and maintain the cleanliness and comfort of all areas. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Supervise the Work Team:** - Direct and manage housekeeping staff, including cleaning rooms, laundry, and public areas. - Organize work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient performance. 2. **Ensure Quality of Cleanliness:** - Set cleanliness standards and ensure adherence to them throughout the hotel. - Conduct periodic checks to ensure the quality of services provided. 3. **Budget and Inventory Management:** - Prepare the annual budget for the housekeeping department and monitor expenses. - Manage the inventory of supplies and materials used in cleaning and ensure their availability. 4. **Communicate with other departments:** - Collaborate with the reception and maintenance teams to ensure that guest needs are met. - Deal with guest complaints related to housekeeping in an effective and prompt manner. 5. **Training and Development:** - Training new employees on hotel policies and procedures. - Organizing periodic workshops to develop team skills and improve performance. 6. **Developing Policies and Procedures:** - Developing new policies and procedures to improve work efficiency and service quality. - Following up on the latest trends in housekeeping and applying them in the hotel
