Job Description

  • Ensure cleaning activities are carried out as per schedule as request by the guest.
  • Analyse the comfort levels of guests, maintain their rooms, and report any issues to the immediate senior professional.
  • Utilize cleaning equipment efficiently to ensure comfort, sanitation, and well-being of the guests, while maintaining equipment quality.
  • Use cleaning materials according to the specified instructions and maintain guest rooms to meet guest satisfaction levels.

Skills

  • Good team working and communication skills.
  • Proficient in all the duties and responsibilities required to comply with customer requests and attend to their needs properly.
  • An experienced individual with excellent customer service skills to understand their requirements and respond appropriately.
  • Experience in communicating with co-workers and senior officials to ensure the hospitality standards are met.
