Job Description

Job Purpose / Objective


Support the Housing Coordinator/Supervisor for updating resident name list and weekly, monthly report; handle matters arising from HMG female accommodation such as making room assignments, ensure/verify housing is prepared ahead of time with all necessities, maintain discipline, resolve staff issues and coordinate with Maintenance department to resolve maintenance related issues.


Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities


  • Responsible for keeping the tenants of assigned house happy, and make sure all their necessary needs are met and foster a healthy relashionship among tenants through ensuring their comfort as much as possible.
  • Coordinate with the Housing Coordinator for the requisition of items needed for the new staff (blanket, comforters, pillows, bed sheets & mattress etc.) and arrange the room with all required items. Prepare a Resident Checklist and let the new staff received all the items.
  • Coordinate with the Transport Department for the food and welcome package and meet new arrivals personally on the first day of arrival.
  • Explain the flat rules and regulations in detail i.e. about the use of HMG facilities, the customs and culture of Saudi Arabia, curfew, out pass and schedule for shopping trips etc.
  • Coordinate with Recreational coordinator for shopping trip due/ needed.
  • Review log in / log out Registers and sign every day and check with the Security Guard daily for any staff came home late after assigned curfew time and prepare Incident Report for any staff misbehaving and not following the Housing Rules.
  • Maintain Discipline and ensure permanent/temporary out pass and leave out requests according to HMG policy.
  • Fix the problems among staff standing as mediator and do the counselling with the flat representative and escalate incidents to Housing Coordinator/Supervisor for problems/issues not settled amicably.
  • Receive job orders and encode the job order in HMG Online Application system, make follow up within 48 hours with Housing Maintenance, thereafter Job Order was made.
  • Separate request for Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical and Carpentry in the Job Order System.
  • Monitor, inspect and implement the necessary actions to maintain the overall housing condition up to the required living standards.
  • Ensure the appropriate working and maintenance of housing units i.e. Air-condition / cooling system, all kitchen appliances, plumbing system and electrical System.
  • Coordinate all damage/maintenance reports of the facility and ensure that all internal / external areas are clean, safe and in good order.
  • Act like a linking pin between tenants in housing departments, maintenance, recreational and HMG management while escorting males to attend female personal locations.
  • Keep update record of vacant flats and handle the accommodation transfer requests according to HMG policy.
  • Maintain contact directory of all residents to ensure the immediate response as
  • Address violation of housing policies and submit report to Housing Coordinator.
  • Maintain housing related records, reports and statistics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and submit to the Housing Coordinator/Supervisor.
  • Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
  • Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
  • Perform any applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities.

Education/ Professional Qualification


  • College Graduate/ Any discipline

Experience


  • At least (1) year of relevant experience.
