The Role of the Hostess


Your role as Hostess will involve greeting and seating guests, coordinating reservations, and promptly addressing any inquiries they may have. By maintaining efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism in your interactions, you will ensure maximum customer satisfaction while adhering to all Four Seasons' policies.


As a hostess at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, you will be the first point of contact for arriving guests. Your warm welcome and friendly demeanour will set the tone for their experience at our luxury hotel. You will also play a vital role in managing guest reservations, ensuring smooth transitions between arrival and seating.


Exceptional customer service is paramount in this position. Promptly responding to guest inquiries with attentiveness and care is crucial to fostering a positive atmosphere. Whether it's providing information about our hotel's amenities or offering recommendations about local attractions, your knowledge and professionalism will enhance each guest's stay.


Knowledge and Skills


  • High school education or equivalent experience.


  • Six to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.


  • Requires a working knowledge of the restaurant aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledge of the hotel.


  • Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.


  • Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
