Job Description

  • Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
  • Responding to phone calls and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Taking reservations and ensuring that customer preferences, special requests, and other relevant details are properly recorded.
  • Handling incoming calls and web-based inquiries, providing guests with accurate information and assistance in a courteous manner.

Skills

  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, remaining positive and focused on delivering excellent customer service at all times.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to support and communicate effectively with all members of the restaurant staff.
  • Ready to take direction and ask questions when needed.
  • Previous experience in asian/sushi restaurants
