Job Description

Danone MENA is looking for a talented Hospital Coordinator – Private Sector to be based in Riyadh, KSA like you!


In the context of Specialized Nutrition MENA, the candidate will be responsible to grow the category and gain share and also to further accelerate our business locally through supporting the field team in the relevant channel.


This is done in line with corporate guidelines and strategies by planning and executing sales plans, and developing partnerships with key stakeholders & medical institutions as well as our distributor in the country.


In summary, manage the day-to-day hospital management responsibilities and sales operations and have overall business scope accountability.


The candidate will also carry the following responsibilities:


A. Hospital Management:


o Align with Field managers & Trade team to ensure proper forecasting for private hospitals to ensure the availability of Danone’s range of products.


o Monitor stock levels and consumption in key accounts.


o Collecting relevant data from the Field team related to the business monthly.


o Preparing the needed dashboards


o Acting proactively in coordination with the field team to make sure all issues related to Danone’s portfolio are tackled promptly through strong connections with key internal and external stakeholders.


B. Distributor Management:


o Handle quotations, delivery notes, and delivery of goods to key accounts in coordination with the distributor team.


o Distributor team strong engagement to ensure proper communication and achieve Danone objectives.


C. Hospital Engagement:


o Hospitals’ agreements management in cooperation with the relevant stakeholders, in line with Danone SOPs


D. Stakeholder Management:


o Internal: Coordinate with the field teams in KSA to ensure cohesive efforts and support. Work cooperatively with Field Managers in assigned regions to achieve Danone Objectives.


o External: Identify and map key stakeholders.


Develop strategies to engage and manage relationships with identified stakeholders effectively.


E. Forecast Accuracy:


o Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and inventory management in coordination with Field Managers, Supply chain, and distributor teams.


o Communicate forecast updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness.






To be successful in the role you should ideally have:


Education & Experience:


• BSc in Medical, Pharmacist, Dietitian, or equivalent.


•Years of experience: Minimum 1 Year of experience in Danone


• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and building dashboards is a must.


   Big Private Hospital Engagement Managment is a Must.


Soft Skills:


• Strong Negotiation Skills is a must.

• Analytical Person: Possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
