Provides the clinical and technical support needed by the customers to benefit from the products of Fresenius Medical Care.
TASKS:
Assists customers with the proper use of Dialysis products to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Provides technical and clinical training, education and ongoing support to certify Nephrologists and Dialysis staff on the use and application of acute and chronic dialysis products.
Provides on-site and/or remote clinical application support to customers by providing scientific, technical information in response to on and off-label inquiries regarding use of Fresenius medical devices
Provides clear and accurate documentation of each site visit to Manager via a standardized reporting mechanism within 24 hours of completion of the visit.
Identifies and reports all adverse events and device deficiencies to Medical Safety per company protocol
Addresses reports requiring root cause analysis and requests for feedback/input from physicians as requested by Safety Provide constant feedback to Research & Development via approved communication plan on clinical performance of products.
Responds to unsolicited requests for information (on and off label) related to Dialysis medical devices, per Standard Operating Procedures and Ethics and Compliance Guidelines.
Assists with tradeshow demonstrations as deemed appropriate by
Management per Standard Operating Procedures.
Answers Field technical clinical questions regarding Results of Fresenius products from physicians and their staff and troubleshoot appropriately.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
BS in nursing
A minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in a similar field
Good business processes management skills
