Hiring Key Account Manager for a Leading Travel Company in Riyadh, KSA
Job description:
  • Onboard, train, and build confidence with new partners on the  B2B platform.
  • Maintain existing business by developing strong commercial and personal relationships with partners at all levels and negotiating commercial/financial conditions.
  • Conduct regular site visits (a minimum of 3-4 days a week) to support agents both on-site and online, facilitate training/webinars, and introduce new products to increase sales.
  • Follow up daily on client and team preferences to drive better results.
  • Provide regular reports to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications:
  • A background in the travel industry is required (minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position).
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented work style, with excellent business communication skills.
  • Strong experience in B2B negotiations and sales management.
  • Proven experience in developing new and existing sales in Country, preferably with travel agents.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures.
  • Willingness to travel for duty trips regularly.
