Ensuring and compliance of Safety and quality guideline in the area of work.
Follow approved departmental SOPs.
Follow cGMP guidelines.
Follow all safety precautions as per EHS SOPs.
Loading and unloading of all types of material and products. (PM, RM, FG, PPG).
Shifting of material from receiving area to storage area location.
Making segregation for received material.
Changing material from pallet to pallet.
Cleaning of received Materials.
Pasting quarantine label on the received material in receiving area.
Making shrink after pasting quarantine label for each pallet.
Cleaning activities in the area,i.e floor, racks, wall and equipment etc.
Receiving, Dispensing, Dispatching, handling and physical verification of Materials and products and the related documents received from the Suppliers, Production, other departments and Branches.
Reporting of any deficiencies, damaged or miss matching (if any) to the superior.
Allocate location to each received material, PPG and products.
Coordination with other supervisors to accelerate the work of department activities like Receipt, Dispatch and Handling of Materials / Products.
Ensuring proper documentation and filing of concerned area activities.
Update all related documents (Temperature logbooks, Cleaning logbook and balance logbook etc.) of the area.
Any other activities as instructed by the Supervisor.
Reports about the problems in order to perform proper investigation.
Reports to Supervisor /Senior Supervisor or Warehouse Manager.
Operating of crane and forklift if needed after training and license from EHS dept.
Secondary Education or Higher.
Good experience and knowledge in Warehouse activity.
Good experience and knowledge in cGMP. (is a plus)
